If you asked my mom, she’d probably tell you that she can’t believe I ended up liking to bake so much. Growing up, I think I really only liked to help if I knew I’d get to lick the beaters or spatula when the batter was finished and ready to be baked. I’m also a bit surprised I love to bake after all the forced 4-H baking projects my mom used to make my sister and I do every summer. I thought for sure those fair projects would scar me for life!

I’m certainly not the best baker out there. I really just like to bake for the enjoyment of it. If I had the choice, I would bake all day, every day, and be happy as a clam. Then again, I’d also be about 800 lbs after eating so many baked goods. I suppose there are pros and cons to everything we do in life!

Bear with me as the photographs I take will most likely not be stunning or creative. I’ll be the first to say I have very little creativity in me. I have little kitchen space to work with, so my options are a bit limited. I’m always open to pointers regarding how to take better pictures and how to spice them up. 🙂

Oh of course!! Use whatever you want!! I just said your trial pictures because those ones were amazing, and we weren’t really thinking of taking pictures once it was sliced into at the party! But yes… I’m thinking cupcake pictures, pictures of the bowls lined up… yessss! Love your ‘about me’ section, and POO on no creativity! Yeah right!! 🙂
